Uncomfortable
The bathroom was ample. But very dark
It was dark and hot. 🥵 I felt claustrophobic and uncomfortable. The host disclosed the 60 steps to the apartment, only the day before our arrival. The furniture was covered with sheets. Not welcoming. There was no place to really seat and relax. An oversized table in the kitchen, blocked the use of it. The sun hits the windows in the afternoon, so the shutters had to be closed, making totally dark. The eclectic collection of mismatched furniture, made us feel as if we were in an antique shop. There was no welcoming anything … no contact with the owner.

Definitely recommend this place to stay!
Spacious and comfortable. Close to the city center.
It was noisy in the streets till 12:30 am (not your fault but hard to fall asleep!).

Breathtakingly exceptional apartment in a Grand Palazzo surrounded by angels and deities
This property is unique and amazing. It is a destination and an experience. The apartment is hundreds of years old with frescoes on the ceiling and original artworks from centuries past on the walls - it gives a little taste of Grand Palazzo living in the heart of Citta di Castello. Live the bustle of the people and the sounds of the night with the shutters and windows open in an incredible environment - not to be missed!

Gerne wieder!
Eine geräumige Wohnung mit echtem historischen Ambiente. Super Innenstadt-Lage. Freundlicher Empfang und insgesamt sehr unkomplizierter Kontakt. Gerne wieder!
Leider etwas fusskalt (Fliessenboden).
