    Nel complesso è stata un’esperienza positiva, soprattutto grazie alla disponibilità e alla professionalità degli host.

    Fin da prima del nostro arrivo gli host sono stati sempre molto cordiali e pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza. Al nostro arrivo purtroppo la casa non era pulita come ci aspettavamo, ma probabilmente era rimasta chiusa per diversi giorni e, trattandosi di un palazzo antico, è inevitabile che si accumuli un po’ di polvere. Inoltre, cucina e sanitari erano puliti. Dopo averlo segnalato gli host sono stati estremamente gentili e disponibili: sono intervenuti subito e hanno risolto il problema in tempi rapidi. L’appartamento è luminoso, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario. Abbiamo apprezzato molto anche la presenza di acqua e di alcuni prodotti per la colazione, un’attenzione che non è affatto scontata.

    L’unica vera nota negativa è il caldo dovuto all’assenza del condizionatore. Fortunatamente, lasciando le finestre aperte durante la notte, la temperatura diventava più gradevole e si riusciva a dormire davvero bene.

    Insgesamt zu empfehlen für ein Wochenende! :)

    Die Ausstattung ist super und Roberto war sehr hilfreich und antwortete immer schnell.

    Der Lärm der Züge ist sehr laut, auch wenn die Fenster zu sind.
