  Met een zeer vriendelijke gastheer ben je al ver! Hij heeft ons geholpen aan zakjes en aluminiumfoli toen we deze nodig hadden om onze lunch mee te nemen. Alles wat we nodig hadden was er!

  Saverio was a very kind host and we really enjoyed our stay. While the place is tiny, it was comfortable, quiet, private and secure and has lovely private outdoor spaces to enjoy. Great area of Rome close to everything. We would definitely like to stay with Saverio again on our next trip to Rome.

  HORRIBLE

  Que se podía coger el bus e ir al coliseo y a más sitios céntricos y tenía el metro cerca

  Para comenzar demasiado pequeño, apenas vi el tamaño me sorprendió lo pequeño que era, no te sientes seguro porque estás prácticamente a un salto de que alguien pueda entrar al patio. Hacía un calor horrible, si no hubiera sido porque le pedimos al señor un ventilador con mucha insistencia nos morimos de calor, porque solo había aire abajo. Lo incómodo que eran las almohadas no tiene nombre y la cama, me golpee en la cabeza varias veces subiendo las escaleras. La cocina NO ES UNA COCINA solo hay una pequeña nevera y microondas, Por lo que te recomendaría alquilar un hotel en vez de esto, ya que no tiene cocina igualmente. El baño era horrible no era posible lavarte la cara sin mojar todo el suelo, por no hablar que si mides más de 1.70 no podrás ni ducharte de pie si. Estar encorvado, vamos, un desastre

  Convenient location and good communication

  The landlord is polite and kind. Communication is efficient and articulate. The unit is located within short walk distance from public transport and 2-15 stops to get to most major attractions. There are several supermarkets, bakeries, street food restaurants and takeaway shops when we didn’t want to eat out at a restaurant.

  The unit is very tiny and we had to move things around to open suitcases. The loft was built in the regular ceiling height room so if you are over 178cm tall, you would struggle moving around the unit. Because of heatwaves at the time of our staying, it was too hot to sleep on the loft, a metre below the ceiling since A/C on the wall wasn’t working. The small A/C was only sufficient to cool downstairs areas in the heatwave days/nights.
