Terrible. This operator should not be allowed on the Booking site.

    Nothing

Had to wait for an hour outside in the blazing heat as the owner had turned off her phone. Had to listen to her yell at me about her failure to answer her phone/text/whatsapp messages. She was awful. After registering me, giving me the keys and explanation of the facility, she contact booking and asked them to cancel the reservation and called the police to try an evict me without cause. The police refused her for her illegal request. She did all this to reverse the reservation so as not to get a negative review. Which puts into question the accuracy of Bookings review process.

    Fantastisch!

    Nulla, andava tutto bene
