    Nice apartment but not worth the 80 stair climb to get to it.

    Location was perfect

    80 stairs from outside door to apartment. AC never got colder that 24 Celsius despite setting the thermostat to 20. No dark out curtains in bedroom (just sheer). Management company does not provision the apartment with basics such as Coffee, salt, pepper, etc. If the apartment has things like that when you get there it’s because the previous renter left it there. Not a very welcoming presence.

    The location was amazing! So convenient to the city center, spacious apartment, well-equipped, clean. Couldn’t have been happier with it.

    Lovely, comfortable stay.

    Lovely apartment in a perfect central location close to all the main sights in Lucca and also close to low cost parking areas just outside the city wall. The apartment itself is bright, spacious, well equipped, very nicely decorated and has comfortable furnishings. We would definitely book it again if we returned to Lucca.

    The access instructions would be better if they mentioned that the entrance to No14 on the back of the building/behind the piazza by a church, and that the internal doors are the only ones with brass knobs. The instructions we received by e-mail said that there was a photo attached to identify the apartment but there was no attachment.

    Wonderful flat in great location.

    Great location, extremely well appointed and spotlessly clean. The air conditioning worked perfectly, all on all perfect for us all.

    Only one set of Keys made going home separately a challenge.
