La stanza da me prenotata, nonché le foto pubblicate su booking, non corrispondeva affatto alla stanza che mi è stata consegnata di cui le foto di tale stanza, ovviamente, non sono affatto presenti su booking. Tutte foto pubblicate su booking sono carine ma quando siamo entrati in questa stanza siamo rimasti spiazzati. Pulizia che lascia a desiderare, muri sporchi, soffitto con stucco cadente, muffa nel bagno, asciugamani sporchi, illuminazione scadente a causa di finestre che non si possono aprire, sistema di raffreddamento non regolabile perché il telecomando era rotto. Dopo aver fatto presente tutto questo allo staff, che parla anche poco italiano, affermando che la mia camera prenotata non corrisponde a quella che mi è stata consegnata, non mi hanno trovato una soluzione alternativa, limitandosi a rispondere che tutte le camere erano piene, nonostante fossero consapevoli dello stato della stanza che mi hanno consegnato! A mala pena mi hanno cambiato gli asciugamani rimanendo comunque su un livello basso di igiene e pulizia.

Ubicacion caminando desde estación termini
La ubicación es buena por la cercania de termini y si vienes del tren en el aeropuerto es perfecto pero si quieres empezar a caminar para conocer Roma si estas lejos, tienes que agarrar un bus o metro para acercarte, un uber o freeway todos los dias saldra muy caro y caminar muy cansado desde ahi

Мястото беше доста удобно, защотото се намира до непосредствена близост до гара Термини от където тръгват регионални автобуси до всички забележителности, както и железопътен влак до Летище Флумичино. Центъра е на около 20-25 минути пешеходно разстояние. В непосредствена близост има много хубави заведения, сладкарници. Общо взето всичко беше удобно и хубаво. Персонала беше много любезен и всеки ден почистваха стаята и сменяваха кърпите
Имаше леко неприятна миризма в стаята.
