    Great location

Great Location. Good layout. Patio was nice but offered zero view. Nice to have individual washer and dryer.

Staff only communicated when they needed answers. Main issue was that the Coffee maker was not usable. Three different stores did not have pods and property did not provide or help get them. Did not read or respond to my notes and requests. Lots of little maintenance items need to be fixed. Dryer did not work until the already full dryer bucket was dumped. Trash pickup is not clear on bin location.
