    It was the best 3 nights stay at Florence. The staff is very friendly and the room is very spacious and luxurious.

    The location is excellent. The room size perfectly fitted us as a family of 4. The staff is very friendly. The check in process was done in the restaurant bar while offering us drinks and sweets.

    Nothing. Everything was perfect.
