Interesting appartment very comfortable
Except there is no lift (think about your suitcase; mine is 21kg with 3.5 levels to climb) this appartment was probably the best one talking about guest comfort oriented I could have in the area: Electric cooktop, electric windows stores, highspeed and stable internet connection, electric hot water system which gives a regular and temperature stable flow at the shower(Until now I had only gas instant heathers), aircon. Same for quality of the materials (radiators, windows, furnitures) higher level than usual and I was very surprised to find this in a short term rental. The decoration is not exactly same than on pictures, in an urban-modern quadrichromic style where every detail or object was selected to fit in the place and match the "color code regulation"; from surfaces to bedsheets, including cups, kitchen accessories, appliances, towels, carpet, etc. Clearly the owner has a passion for decoration, loving care for details everywhere, every corner, and spent probably a lot of time in shopping to choose the matching colors things found in this appart. Everything necessary for daily needs are there; kitchen tools, cleaning products etc. At arrival there was a breakfast welcome kit and... The holy grail after climbing the 3.5 levels stairs with a 21kg suitcase.... A cold 66 bottle of beer in the fridge. If you have a car, free parkings in the street are always available and the place is very silent by night. Not only a place to live, a "must have seen" place too.
The crazy neighbour behind the wall shouting his slang words loudly some days. I don't speak Italian but I could hear clearly repeated "fa...lo" "pu..na" which I know from low educated contruction workers, and probably more unknown ones.
