Disappointed, lack of help from staff.

The property was clean and the view from balcony was great.

The parking: the listing indicates private parking, we took this to mean that there was parking available, there was no parking except on the street and we were unable to locate a spot to park for at least one hour after an extensive search of the area. Extremely frustration especially since my attempts to obtain assistance from the staff went unanswered. We were ready to leave when by chance another tenant of the apartment offered us his street parking space. The arrival and access: given our terrible parking experience our access to our room was no better, the instructions were unclear, had it not been for another tenant we would not have gained access to our room. Responsiveness of staff: we were unable to get help accessing our room or help with our parking situation! We requested extra towels only to be told that there would be an extra charge . The room was equipped with the bare necessities, one roll of toilet paper until they came to clean the room.
