  Tout Le calme La maison et un très grand espace dans la grande pièce et aussi la chambre très grande avec un grand lit très confortable. On avait tout l'équipement nécessaire. Une terrasse et un très grand jardin.Mon chien à apprécié. Je recommande cette maison et je pense revenir une autre fois.Le propriétaire est vraiment super gentil,on ne parlé par l'italien mais il avait un tractuteur pour nous parler et répondre à nos questions et nous donner des renseignements pour faire les course s et les visites dans la région. Je le remercie.

  Erholung pur!

  Il vigneto cottage liegt in den Weinberge unterhalb vom hübschen Dorf Bertinoro. Wer die Natur und die Ruhe mag, findet hier die perfekte Erholung. Morgens wurden wir von dem Gesang der Vögel geweckt und abends konnten wir lange auf der Terrasse bleiben. Der Garten ist außergewöhnlich groß. Dort wachsen viele Obstbäume (Feigen, Granatapfel, Birne...) und natürlich Trauben. Der Blick auf das Land bis zur Küste ist einzigartig. Die Innenausstattung besteht aus originale rustikale Möbeln und einer Landhausküche. Im Esszimmer gibt es einen riesigen offenen Kamin. Man ist in eine andere (schöne) Zeit versetzt. Maurizio und sein Sohn haben uns alle nötige Informationen für unserem Aufenthalt gegeben.

  Achtung, je nach Wetter gibt es Stechmücken - hier nicht mehr als woanders, aber wir hatten vergessen Mückenspray einzupacken.

  Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen, mit großem Grundstück ringsum zum entspannen und fantastischen Ausblicken (Weinberge, BERTINORO auf dem Hügel etc.) Das Einkaufen war sehr einfach und komfortabel - verschiedene Supermärkte in der Nähe, 7 Tage geöffnet). Kleine für Ausflüge lohnenswerte Städtchen liegen in der nächsten Nähe. Etwas weiter entfernt ABER bequem erreichbar - die Städte Ravenna, Urbino, Sam Leo, San Marino … - diese Perlen der Emilia Romagna vergisst man nicht so leicht. DANKE an Fabrizio für die vielen Empfehlungen bzgl. Ausflüge und vieles mehr)

  Platz zum Unterbringen der Sachen ist sehr begrenzt, die Sauberkeit generell sollte etwas verbessert werden

  Our stay was the best for taking care of our grandson. We could explore and run and we did not worry.

  Really easy: everything! Except the mattresses. It could have been a little cleaner (we had a 3-year-old with us) The location is superb. The cottage is spacious. There was everything we needed to cook a few meals. Good appliances. The long table was a bonus. The terrace was perfect. We could even walk in the fields, we saw amazing sunsets. Close to Bertinoro and Forlimpopoli for the grocery shopping and the recommendations from Maurizio very 5 star!

  As before: the mattresses! ( Both in the bedroom and the sofa-bed are really bumpy and creaky) A little more cleanliness (the shower and the floor)

  Beautiful holiday home and gardens, close to many Adriatic hotspots!

  Il Vigneto is beautifully located on a quiet slope on the outskirts of the medieval village of Bertinoro. The garden and the views are exceptional and ensure a very relaxing holiday experience, while at the same time serving as a perfect starting point for excursions to Ravenna, Rimini or San Marino for example. Maurizio is a most gracious host! It was a real pleasure making his acquaintance!
