Good & convenient stay
It was specious & clean with 2 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms that was really convenient for our family of 5. Also has a washing machine which is a plus. We didn’t use the kitchen. Sergio is an amazing host that was available anytime you need something. Thanks to him he provided water bottles in the fridge with delicious jams & biscuits. Also he put some cakes & biscuits outside on the kitchen table. The bathrooms are specious with toiletries. The location is good 20-30min walk to the old town & there’s a supermarket near by & a bakery. Also the property has its own garage which is secured by a gate which was good to park our car securely.
The beds & pillows are really hard & not comfortable to sleep on. Also we had electricity outages twice & it was linked to the water supply of the shower so one time we stucked in the shower till Sergio came & fix it.

Sergio es el mejor anfitrión que conocí! Estaba pendiente de nosotras! Nos dejó la heladera llena de comida , cafetera con café en capsula, leche, agua, facturas y un dia nos dejó una caja de medialunas con crema. Vive enfrente y contesta los mensajes enseguida. La casa con 2 habitaciones grandes muy cómoda. 3 baños grandes y completos.. eramos 5 y estabamos cómodas. El comedor grande comodo La casa hermosa completa tiene hasta escritorio. Patio con juegos de ratan para disfrutar. Tiene garaje dentro de la casa. Lavarropa con jabón y confor. Tendedero afuera. Cocina muy completa . La ubicación perfecta en auto cerca del centro y supermercado. Nos dio excelente recomendaciones y se pone a disposición para lo q necesitenos. Le pongo un 10 + Ojalá pueda volver.

Ferragosto a Lecce
Be che dire, oltre la splendida struttura , Ci hanno accolto Sergio ed Emanuela. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Coccolati dalle loro attenzioni. Due persone eccezionali, forniti di un 'empatia straordinaria. Ci hanno guidato nella scelta delle spiagge e consigliato per il meglio per la scelta dei locali di Lecce e d' intorni. Siamo stati veramente bene.
