    Ощущение что хорошую дизайнерскую задумку недовоплотили в жизнь.

    Довольно свежая квартира. Большая терраса. Лифт из гаража до апартаментов.

    Мелкие недостатки которые сильно снижают впечатление от апартаментов: Ближняя спальня очень маленькая, кровать расположена неудобно. Парковочное место в гараже очень узкое и заезд в него неудобный. Если у вас моло опыта вождения то лучше парковать авто на улице. Вид с террасы на парковку перед торговым центром. Шум машин почти круглосуточно. Море действительно видно, но очень вдалеке. Рядом стройка со всеми вытекающими "прелестями". Шумоизоляция в доме отвратительная. Несмотря на то, что это верхний этаж, звук от топота детей с нижнего этажа слышится так, как будто у вас по голове кто-то скачет.

    Moderne Unterkunft mit super Vermieter, kleine Abstriche bei Lage & Ruhe

    ✔️ Die Ausstattung – modern, gemütlich & alles da, was man braucht. ✔️ Die unglaubliche Freundlichkeit vom Vermieter – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. ✔️ Das eigene Parkhaus – super praktisch, stressfreies Ankommen garantiert

    ❌ Die Aussicht war nicht die beste – aber hey, man ist eh die meiste Zeit am Strand. ❌ Zum Aufhängen der Klamotten gab’s nur ein Gestell – hätte ein bisschen mehr Stauraum sein dürfen.

    Apartamento muy lejos del centro

    Buen espacio para cuatro personas.

    Estaba lejísimos de split centro, y muy mal comunicado. La casera no fue muy agradable en el trato con nosotros.
