    Ótima localização, garagem fechada. Pode deixar o carro ali e fazer tudo caminhando sem stress de trânsito de procurar lugar para estacionar. Meio quarteirão da orla. Pertinho do centrinho com lojas, restaurantes, supermercado e farmácia.

    Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento, isso dificultou o sono.
