Gran estafa y mentira!!
La isla y la predisposición del personal.
El alojamiento es un TIMO. Estuvimos los tres días sin agua ni luz. Los electrodomésticos no valen para nada sin luz. Ni ventilador, ni frigorífico, ni calentador, ni televisión ni nada. Todo una mentira. Toda la descripción que pone en su anuncio en Booking es falso, incluida la supuesta zona de gimnasio, con restos oxidados y polvorientos de lo que parecían ser aparatos. La ducha, el lavabo y el wáter se reducìan a un gran pozal con una jarra de plastico. Vergonzoso. Es una ESTAFA y te lo cobran a precio de resort. Cuando releemos el anuncio y vemos todo lo que pone nos entra VERGÜENZA AJENA.

La cena que preparó Alicia.
No había agua corriente, solo un cubo con agua. De noche la luz iba y venía lo que hacía que el aire acondicionado se encendía y no puedas dormir, tuvimos que desenchufar todo el cuadro eléctrico. Extremadamente caro para lo que se ofrece ya que por ese precio duermes en hoteles bien equipados en São Tomé. No merece la pena quedarse a dormir en el Ilheu de Rolas….soy partidario de elegir alojamientos que tengan un impacto positivo para la población local, pero este alojamiento no debería costar más de 30€ la noche y pagamos 81€ más la cena, 100€.

Decepção
A torneira da cozinha saiu ferrugem . A água ia pro chão. Não tinha água quente pro duche. O vidro do duche estava caindo . Não havia água para descarga. Era com balde. Não tinha internet. Não tinha tv. Não que isso importasse. Mas pelo preço que paguei e pelas condições do local. Foi um preço muito alto. O pequeno almoço. Nem teve. Eles não tem nada para servir. As fotos da casa hoje não condizem com a situação de hoje. Está degradada.

Exceptional experience in the heart of the local village
House location is in the heart of the local village, offering a grat opportunity to experience everyday life of the locals. The food was simple but very good, breakfast included in the price. The host helpful but did not speak English (was willing to use the translator though). The location is an excellent base for exploring every corner of the island, which was probably the biggest advantage of our stay. Don't miss the southern beaches – they are truly exceptional!
The house is not located in the center of the island as shown on the map. It is actually situated in the northern part of the island, surrounded by other residential buildings.
