Bellissima struttura con tutto a disposizione, ottimo per cucinarsi dei piatti con olio sale ecc tutto disponibile! bellissimo il patio esterno dove si può magari gustare qualcosa che ci si prepara. ottima posizione, vicino al centro di Kos città, aeroporto a 20 minuti, supermercato a meno di 10 e spiaggia a 5 minuti (tutto in auto). Consigliatissimo. Maria Host eccezionale.

The best accommodation and overall Booking experience we've ever had :) The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. It's located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, making it the perfect place to relax. Maria is an exceptional host—warm, thoughtful, and incredibly generous. She welcomed us with a basket filled with delicious local pastries, a bottle of wine, a watermelon, and a melon, which was such a lovely surprise. Throughout our stay, she was always available, happy to help, and truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home :)) Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. We wholeheartedly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Kos! P.S. Kos is a stunning island, and the people are genuinely warm, kind, and welcoming :)

We were extremely satisfied with our stay in this apartment. It was clean, very well equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Upon our arrival, we were welcomed with a lovely basket full of delicious treats, which was such a warm gesture. The owner, Marija, is kind, friendly, and always willing to help if you need anything. We were also impressed by the beautiful garden, full of flowers and offering plenty of shade - the perfect place to relax. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We would be happy to stay here again!

Maria and Mihalis are super hospitable and do their best to provide the life-time experience for you in Kos. We fell in love with the island last year and returned this year and stayed again at this super comfortable apartment. The garden is amazing. It is so beautiful. Totally recommend it for family trips. The location is great - Zipari has everything you need for a comfortable stay - grocery stores, farmacy, bakery, restaurants and the best gyros by Vasilis. We love the place. Its only 3 minutes by car to the closest beach - Tigaki, which is breathtaking. We are definitely returning and, of course, again staying with the best hosts in the world - Maria and Mihalis. Thank you so much for making our stay fantastic and relaxing.
