Lots of transportation options - bus, metro, trolley, tram within 5-10 minute walk. Good restaurants in walking distance
They allowed us to book in early to our room and even upgraded us to a mini suite with complementary mini bar fridge
Charge of 20 euros “for City taxes” at end of stay. Everything else was great!

Terrible smell from the kitchen during the night
Excellent location. Helpful and professional staff. Spacious room with a terrace. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants around the hotel that are popular with locals, offering very tasty food at reasonable prices. Easy access to the airport via a direct metro line.
Every night, I was woken up by a terrible smell coming from the kitchen, similar to burnt food. The smell was particularly strong at around 5 a.m. and was really unpleasant. If you were staying in a hostel for €25 per night, this might be acceptable. However, it is completely unacceptable for a four-star hotel in this price category. For this reason, I will never stay at this hotel again, and I would not recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to have kitchen smells in their room during the night. At the same time, I must admit that if this issue doesn't bother you, the hotel is actually very good and welcoming in all other respects. The breakfast selection was also rather limited, and the quality of the food could have been better.
