  Absolutely terrible management. We booked the larger room, but the management mistakenly gave the key to our room to another guest who had actually booked the smaller room. When we arrived to collect our key, we were given the key to the smaller room instead. We only realised the mistake after try entering the room. By then, the larger room we had actually booked was already occupied by the other guest. Instead of apologising and taking responsibility for their own mistake, the management told Guest 1 and Guest 2 to sort it out among ourselves and exchange the keys. Absolutely ridiculous. To make matters worse, we were eventually expected to take a room that had already been used by another guest. We paid for a room and ended up dealing with someone else’s mess because of their own incompetence. The staff member (sounds like indo staff) handling the situation also had extremely poor communication skills and struggled to understand what we were saying, which made an already ridiculous situation even worse. Completely unprofessional. They made the mistake, refused to properly take responsibility, and somehow made the guests deal with the consequences. What a joke of a management team.
