    Esperienza pessima.

    Esperienza pessima: poca professionalità, disservizi gravi e nessun rispetto per chi viaggia con un neonato ​Abbiamo soggiornato una notte (3-4 ottobre) a Rapallo con nostra figlia di soli due mesi. La mattina del check-in l'host ci chiama dicendo che l'appartamento prenotato non era disponibile per un guasto all'acqua calda e ci propone un'alternativa "più nuova" a pochi metri. Accettiamo in buona fede, ma la realtà è stata inaccettabile: ​Inagibilità del condominio: Lo stabile era un cantiere aperto ancora in fase di ristrutturazione, pieno di polvere e materiale da lavoro. ​Ascensore non funzionante: Nonostante l'host sapesse che viaggiavamo con un neonato (avendo i documenti), l'ascensore non andava. Abbiamo dovuto trasportare a piedi passeggino e bagagli per scale strette e polverose. Alla nostra richiesta di aiuto, l'host non ha risolto nulla. Tra l'altro, lo stesso host ci ha poi ammesso che anche l'appartamento originale era privo di ascensore: un'informazione fondamentale che tace sistematicamente. ​Mancanza di servizi base: L'appartamento era polveroso, completamente sprovvisto di carta igienica e privo di coperte (nonostante la sera facesse freddo). ​Avendo una bambina di due mesi e dovendo stare solo una notte, abbiamo evitato di cercare altro all'ultimo momento, ma la struttura è invivibile in queste condizioni. ​Aggiungo che, a fronte del reclamo aperto tramite Booking, l'host ha pensato bene di proporre un "rimborso" ridicolo di 35€ su 93€ totali pagati, che ho prontamente rifiutato. Non è una questione di cifre, ma di correttezza e serietà, qualità che qui mancano totalmente. Sconsiglio vivamente il soggiorno.

    Este foarte bine pozitionat. In camera este foarte curat, modern si ai tot ce ai nevoie ptr un sejur de cateva zile.

    Prea multe scari de urcat pana la camera si in partea a doua a acestora lipsea lumina.
