    Belle expérience mais…

    L’emplacement était idéal, à 5min en voiture de la plage belle plage l’Arenal. Des supermarchés encore plus proches. Une très belle piscine pour une belle maison. L’agence qui gère le bien est très réactive, nous avons eu un pb d’électricité et cela a été réglé très rapidement.

    L’absence de climatisation s’est fait grandement ressentir, en période estival (août 2025) lorsque la chaleur envahit la maison, les nuits sont difficiles. Les ventilateurs au plafond ne sont pas suffisants. Avec un enfant ce n’est pas simple. La location d'accessoires type lit bébé et chaise haute facturée en supplément par l’agence! Pour le prix déjà payé, un geste aurait été le bienvenu. Le barbecue à gaz (inclus d’office dans la location) a du être réclamé.

    Perfecto para unos días en Jávea.

    Alojamiento con piscina privada y buena ubicación cerca de supermercados, playas y calas pero en una zona tranquila.

    Echamos de menos productos de limpieza que según nos dijeron, no estaban disponibles para clientes. Tuvimos que comprar para esos días.

    Beautiful spacious has with a fantastic pool.

    Beautiful, spacious house with a fantastic pool and garden. Ideal for a family stay. I would definitely recommend it

    The house is very hot in the summer. We mistakenly assumed it was air conditioned which it wasn’t. It took us a few days getting used to the heat but we still enjoyed it.
