    Würde ich nicht wieder buchen!

    Laute Baumaßnahmen, Laute Nachbarn. Laute Straße. Alter Wasserschaden beim Einzug. Ziemlich viel Schmutz überall. Balkon nicht zu benutzen.

    Ohne Einrüstung vielleicht weiterzuempfehlen!

    Die Wohnung war sauber und für eine Familie mit Kindern in Ordnung. Die Sitzmöbel waren sehr spartanisch. Man war Recht schnell an der Weser. Aber ohne Aufzug nicht für alle geeignet

    Das Gebäude war eingerüstet, worüber wir vorab nicht informiert wurden. Am Sonntag würde nicht gearbeitet, so dass wir damit leben konnten. Am Montag früh gingen die Bauarbeiten jedoch um 7 Uhr los, so dass an Schlaf trotz geschlossener Fenster nicht mehr zu denken war. Die Lärmbelästigung war durch eine Schuttrutsche enorm. Die Wohnung dürfte momentan nicht vermietet werden. Wir haben den Vermieter kontaktiert, warten aber immer noch auf eine entsprechende Antwort. Ein Preisnachlass sollte das Mindeste sein.
