    Impala palms stay

    Good location, and the facility was clean and neat on check in

    The rooms are not being serviced daily, apparently it's an extra charge. This should be communicated upfront so that it is understood why it's relatively cheaper to stay there. It should be communicated upfront that the place is self check in and self service

    It was overall safe and nice for overnight stay

    Lovely comfy bed and shower facilities Thank you for the owner following up to see if I was okay

    Basin does not have a plug No containers to use in microwave No tea available Back up power not available Swimming pool not clean as well as the porch No blinds at windows for privacy when curtains are open People was noisy. Its a pity there is no DSTV

    Good for a one night pit stop

    Its location was good and easy to access

    There was little equipment in the room just 2 plates 2 cups and a 2 knives and forks No wash cloth or plug for the sink and no bowls or tin opener
