No te lo recomiendo
La ubicación es excelente. La zona es tranquila y esta cerca del subte, de otros transportes y hay variedad de negocios cerca, y atracciones populares de la zona.
Los artefactos extremadamente sucios: Pava eléctrica con sarro y amarillenta por dentro, microhondas grasoso de años, utensillos aún más sucios. Calefacción deficiente, tanto estufas electricas defectuosas como aire acondicionado en pesimas condiciones. Las almohadas sucias al igual que la ropa de cama. En las casas abandonadas de las peliculas de terror se ve menos mugre.
