  Disappointed in the Host

  The apartment itself is comfortable and well equipped but I had problems with the owner’s behavior. The cleaning lady was very kind and was a great help to me when I suffered a painful fall needing a trip in an ambulance. I had texted the owner for help as I lay on the floor of the room crying in pain, not knowing what else to do because I didn’t know my phone could place a call to the reception desk. The owner never bothered to reply or even to ask me if I was feeling ok for the entire two days following that, while I was still badly injured and had to stay in bes. The cleaning lady kindly accompanied me to the hospital, waited for me there for hours and helped me back to the apartment. Over the following days, on two separate occasions, I asked the owner why she did not enquire how I was doing. She ignored me. That felt absolutely cruel. Finally, on the last day of my stay, I received a message from the her/him , wishing me well. Considering how delayed that was and how impersonal, with no explanation as to why they had simply ignored me for so long, I was very offended by this.

  The apartment is inside a hotel with a different name, which made things confusing when trying to find the location. The WiFi password was incorrectly posted as being in all capitol letters, which does not allow you to log on. The owner had to be asked to help multiple times before they stopped telling me to look at where it was posted on the wall and actually typed it out, allowing me to see what the problem was. I was glad to be able to use the parking at the hotel, but their system for seeing who is waiting in their car for the gate to be opened is not working well at all, causing drivers to either sit and wait to be noticed there or to honk their horns, disturbing other guests.

  Nedostaje mini frizider da se ohladi makar pice, pogotovo leti po ovako velikim vrucinama

  Апартман је простран, са удобним креветом и фином терасом. Ресорт у оквиру којег је одличан: има феноменалан СПА, теретану, ресторан, дечју играоницу. Запослени у ресорту су сјајни и веома љубазни, поготово према деци. Ресорт има велики паркинг који је заштићен рампом. До центра је пешачка удаљеност око 15 минута.

  Било би пожељно да апартман има мини-фрижидер. Такође би било лепо да у купатилу постоји још неки мали део за одлагање ствари.
