  This was the most beautiful house I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. Every detail is done to perfection and the whole place is phenomenal. Sandra (the host) is wonderful cannot fault the service and care we received. So grateful to her and her gorgeous family for making my mum feel so special on her big birthday. Absolutely exceptional in every aspect would love to stay here again!

  Absolutely nothing. No faults at all everything was perfect If anything it was under sold on the website. Truly felt like queens staying here.

  Attitude below any criticism, and lots of insects

  The design of the villa, the view

  The attitude of the owner of the apartment is beyond criticism Unpleasant and disrespectful attitude towards customers We were 2 families 80 year old couple (our parents) and a family of 2 parents and 2 adult children aged 21,18 We stay a lot through Booking and we have never received such humiliating treatment, and precisely in such an expensive and luxurious place. We requested in advance when we made a reservation, separate blankets for each person, even though Babing promised to provide. The day we arrived she said it was not possible, and would try to take care of it the next day. Then she ignored us and didn't bring it. Since the apartments are in a high forest, there were a lot of strange insects in the room and we were stung terribly at night in bed, a huge amount of big and annoying bites. The kitchen is not adapted for cooking, there are almost no convenient utensils and it is more for show and less for use The ceramics are very slippery in the shower and we were really afraid of falling. The stairs inside the apartment are very high and slippery, dangerous for children and should be climbed carefully At 03:00 in the morning, they rang our bell and woke us up, it was friends of the landlady's son who also lives in the complex, and shares the same main entrance door. Just unbelievable Breakfast is served in a small hotel located 300 meters above. And it is necessary to travel by car. Even there the attitude was disrespectful and we were treated as second class guests. We were seated on low couches that are very uncomfortable to eat like that. And when we asked to move, they said that the good seats are for hotel guests only. The attitude was really humiliating. When we made the reservation, and also that we talked by phone, they did not ask us to notify in advance of arrival or inform in advance of departure As in other places they inform if they want an alert.

  Location and the design of the home

  For the caliber of the home I wish there some coffee for the morning. The location is far from any restaurants and it would have been nice to be able to have a cup of coffee. We wished there were more info on the breakfast.

  Luxurious, elegant, impeccable, landscaped, great location perfect view,

  Everything was top-of-the-line quality! Meticulously designed (by the landlord herself I think) the property exceeded our expectations. High-end finishes, Luxury Amenities such as larger floor plans, large kitchen, spacious bathrooms, 2 super elegant bedrooms. The jacuzzi is the best! If I could rate it more than 10 I really would, but 10 is the maximum.... starting from the duvet which was of a superb quality to the most detailed finishes of the chairs ( just as example), the property offers absolutely everything you need to feel extraordinary!

  There is nothing not to like at the property.
