    Очень хорошее расположение отеля, поблизости много ресторанов, баров, магазинов. Самый центр Еревана!

    Красивый отель с интересным интерьером, высокие потолки в номере, у нас был очень симпатичный балкон! Персонал очень заботливый, девушка на ресепшен и мужчина в лобби баре были очень вежливы!

    Die Lage ist ok, obwohl unsere Fenster auf eine Baustelle blickten.

    Die Sauberkeit war unterirdisch. Im ersten Zimmer fanden wir ein benutztes Kondom neben dem Bett. Im Badezimmer war überall Schimmel, und der dunkle Teppich war sichtbar schmutzig. Unter dem Bett lagen Creme sowie Süssigkeiten- und Kuchenreste; neben dem Bett lag ein angebissener Bonbon. Wegen des Zustands des Zimmers war mir die ganze Nacht so unangenehm, dass ich mich ständig kratzen musste. Wir meldeten die Mängel an der Rezeption. Der Mitarbeiter entschuldigte sich und gab uns ein anderes Zimmer. Doch auch dort war das Badezimmer verschimmelt. Auf dem Teppich lag ein Ohrring, auf den ich trat und an dem ich mich stach. Der Wasserkocher war so dreckig, dass wir ihn nicht benutzen wollten. Für ein Viersternehotel war das ein absolutes Desaster. Der Zimmerwechsel hat nichts verbessert. Die hygienischen Zustände waren schlimmer, als ich es in einem Motel erwarten würde.

    Το ξενοδοχείο προσφέρει μια ευχάριστη διαμονή

    Ήταν αρκετά καλό το πρωινό. Καθαρό ξενοδοχείο σε καλή περιοχή. Γενικά μείναμε ευχαριστημενοι

    Εάν απαντούσαν λίγο πιο γρήγορα τα emails που έστειλα μεχρι να κλείσω το ξενοδοχείο
