  A pleasant and carefree stay in a well-kept place with a lot of pleasant memories and emotions

  Since it was not the first visit of Aruba, we knew what we wanted on the island, and we were not disappointed. This property is perfect for a visit to Aruba of a family of four people. A small enclave consists of three-story townhouses, each one with a one-bedroom apartment at the ground level for a smaller group (say, 2-3 people), and a two-storey two-bedroom apartment on top of it. We travelled with our two Grandsons, therefore were staying in the two-story apartment. It contains a fully equipped kitchen with a nice fridge, an electrical range with the oven, a good microwave, lots of kitchen surface, all necessary utensils, cutlery, etc. There are plenty of supermarkets close by, it is not a problem to stock up the fridge and shelves at your own pace. Each premises in the apartment is air-conditioned (and the ACs are quiet). Good beds, a wide-open balcony under the roof (we, adults, used it for having our meals outside). There are two washrooms (with a shower in each) - one on the fist floor and the 2nd one is adjacent to the bedroom on the 2nd floor. The washer and dryer are outside and shared between all visitors, each circle costs 6 florins (around USD 3.5). The pool with the jacuzzi are very well maintained, as well as the whole territory of the enclave, including its own parking place (you may wish to rent a car on the island!) Our check-in was seamless and quick. The same goes to check-out - thanks to Seymour, the property manager. Seymour was doing the great job of dealing with all visitors, from the start through the end of the stay. He was instrumental on a couple of important occasions, involving our younger Grandson, willing to help, no matter what was his time-table at the moment. Seymour is absolutely instrumental, and you will be dealing with him if you decide to stay here. We wish to thank Seymour for his help, and care, and most importantly - for paying his attention to requests of all sorts from us. So, what to not like here? :-)

  There is nothing that could fall into the "dislike" category. Yes, on one hand the pool might have been larger - but on the other hand it did satisfy our needs in full, with its depth is very good, so everyone - swimming or not swimming - may enjoy, Yes, it might be nice to have a washer and a dryer in each apartment - however, how often do visitors require to use it? We did not feel ourselves deprived. So, we are really satisfied with our stay!

  Good value for a decent stay at a good location. You need a car.

  Two level with balcony and plenty of space. Had almost everything we needed. The contact person was very responsive even if he was not on site. Decent value.

  Could be cleaner in the unit and also on the general grounds. There were some strange rules like do not flush toilet paper. Surrounding neighbourhood was not as nice.
