    Acceptable rooms, but unfriendly staff spoilt what could have been a decent stay.

    The room was perfectly adequate for our stay, reasonably clean and comfortable enough for a night’s sleep. It did the job and met our basic needs.

    Unfortunately the staff let the hotel down. They came across as rude and grumpy throughout our stay, and we never felt welcome or that our questions were wanted. A friendlier approach at reception would make a huge difference to the guest experience

    Very nice and highly recommended!

    The place was super nice. The spa, the swimming pool, everything was fantastic. Definitely recommend it to come for a day or two with the family to relax, to enjoy good food, and enjoy Vidin. The staff was incredibly helpful. Everyone spoke perfect English.

    The only thing that we didn't like was that one of the mattresses actually had a hole, so sleeping was not too comfortable.

    Good prices, kind personal, excellent restaurant

    Big apartment, but only one bathroom and not very clear balcony
