    I booked the place and asked via chat if it was possible to drop off my bags at 11 AM, given that check-in wasn't until 3 PM. I received a message confirming this was possible and stating that I could drop them off starting at 10 AM. I arrived at the location at 9 AM and sent a message. I received no reply, but I waited outside with my bags until 10 AM, as I had been told they would accept the luggage from that time onwards. They sent me the access code; I entered the building and ran into the previous guests who were leaving the apartment. We spoke briefly, and I simply left my luggage next to the door. I had received no response in the chat up to that point. After nearly three hours, I received a lecture stating that what I had done was wrong, followed by a cancellation of my reservation. I was completely baffled, as the host had explicitly said I could drop off my bags. I had to rush off; I lost over 60 euros I had paid for a tour, spent another 40 euros to store my bags in a proper facility, and then had to look for a hotel in the city. Unfortunately, everything was fully booked, and I only managed to find a hotel in a neighboring town at a higher cost. I lost money and lost my day of sightseeing; furthermore, the new location meant spending two hours commuting, requiring three subway rides and a bus to get there. If there is no one to welcome the guest and no option to drop off bags before check-in, then be honest about it. Don't make promises in your listing that you can't keep. In the end, I was made out to be in the wrong for having left my bags there. It was very disheartening because they wouldn't even talk to me; they simply cancelled the booking and told me to retrieve my things and leave.

    Volvería a repetir.

    La ubicación es inmejorable, al lado del coliseo romano. El apartamento, cómodo, limpio, y con lo necesario para nuestro viaje.

    Había mosquito a pesar de tener mosquiteras en la ventanas.
