Very comfortable, clean, would stay in an apartment by the same owner again. Lovely people to deal with!
The property came with everything needed. There is no air conditioning but a fan was provided. It was in a lovely quiet building and was very clean.
The area it was in we weren’t a fan of. We had never been to Tenerife before so didn’t know what to expect.

C'était un bon séjour
D'abord la gentillesse et la disponibilité du gérant qui nous a facilité l'accès à l'appartement loué et nous a renseigné sur tout ce qui peut nous servir, Très bon emplacement à proximité de tous les moyens de transports y compris la navette à l'aéroport, et pas loin de la plage et des commerces... Le balcon avait une vue panoramique surtout on était au 6ème étage
La literie de la chambre à coucher n'est pas assez confortable et n'est pas stable et glisse facilement, les draps ne sont pas à la hauteur

Enjoyable, 10 mins from beach, 10 mins from highend shops.
Location. Vínky very good, had Hair Dryer and safe Sorted in 12hrs as promised.
Need to change bleached stained bedsheet. New headboard, and maybe secure the bed to the headboard.

Great location for unpretentious tourists
The location was simply perfect, very close to the beaches and the promenade. A lot of supermarkets and restaurants are within 2 min proximity. The view from the balcony was great. Additional bonus is the pool in the property.
The equipment in the apartment is a bit tired and it was not totally clean from the start. I had to wash towels before use since they had bad smell. No shampoo, dush gel, only minimal supplies.
