  The location was quite good, close to Fisherman’s Bastion, and the nearest metro station was about a 15-minute walk away, providing easy access to the city centre. We also appreciated the contactless check-in, which was convenient.

  Before our arrival, the host asked us to install an additional app on our phones in order to complete the check-in process and provide our personal details. This was the first time we had encountered such a requirement during our travels, and we found it rather inconvenient. If we had to install a separate app for every accommodation we stayed at, it would quickly become impractical. Fortunately, the host offered to complete the process for us if we sent photos of our ID documents. The property is also located on a hill, which is worth keeping in mind, as walking uphill every time you return to the apartment can become tiring. The biggest disadvantage for us was the lack of air conditioning. The room became very hot and stuffy. There was a small standing fan, but unfortunately it was not very effective, and the noise it made also made it difficult to relax and sleep comfortably. The bathroom was very poorly equipped. There were no basic toiletries such as shampoo. The only shower gel available appeared to be a cheap, already opened product, possibly left by previous guests and poured into a soap dispenser, which did not feel particularly welcoming. Another significant issue was the blocked shower drain. Every time we took a shower, the water drained extremely slowly and quickly rose up to ankle level. There was also an unpleasant, high-pitched beeping noise that occurred repeatedly throughout the day and night. It may have been coming from the water heater, but regardless of the source, it was very disturbing, especially at night, and made falling asleep difficult.

  Апартаменты в пяти минутах от Рыбацкого Бастиона

  Быстрая, удобная связь с хозяйкой, без проблем зарегистрировались заранее через приложение, получили инструкцию по ключам. Даже удалось заехать чуть раньше, до уборки после прошлых гостей, оставить вещи и уйти гулять. В пяти минутах в гору - Рыбацкий Бастион, ещё чуть дальше вокзал. В десяти минутах с горы - станция метро и Спар, а также отличный вид на Парламент. Есть микрокухня, не самая удобная, но свою функцию выполняет. Сами апартаменты чистые, ремонт довольно свежий. Интернет работает без перебоев. В целом всё хорошо и годится даже для длительной поездки.

  Самая большая подстава оказалась в ванной комнате - очень плохо работает слив, если моетесь дольше пяти минут, будьте готовы к тому, что весь пол зальёт. Матрас у кровати на любителя, мне показался довольно жёстким. Также следует понимать, что апартаменты находятся на первом этаже, и в них нет кондиционера (есть вентилятор), а это значит, что вероятно в жаркую погоду вы захотите спать с открытым окном, через которое будет прекрасно слышно проезжающие машины и праздно шатающихся ночных туристов; но на это, конечно же, хозяйка повлиять не может.

  Loved our time here and would come again!

  Amazing host, great location (5 mins from Fisherman’s Bastion), cozy street in historic part of Budapest. Lots of space inside. Has everything you would need for a couple of days. Comfortable bed.

  The apartment has no AC, we were in mid-August so it was pretty hot in the evening.
