    Švarus ir jaukus kambarys. Bendros erdvės tvarkingos ir taip pat jaukiai įrengtos. Rajonas atrodo saugus, lengva pasiekti lankytinas vietas viešuoju transportu ar taxi(labai pigu lyginant su kitais Europos miestais). Labai maloni prižiūrėtoja/tvarkytoja! Kitą kartą lankydamasi Lisabonoje būtinai vėl apsistosiu čia. Ačiū.

    Trotz unkomplizierter Abwicklung und gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis für Kurzaufenthalte trübten ein enges Treppenhaus,

    Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt! Die gesamte Abwicklung war absolut unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Dazu stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hier einfach – man bekommt für faires Geld genau das, was man für ein paar Tage braucht.

    Ein paar Punkte haben den Aufenthalt leider getrübt: Das Zimmer ist recht hellhörig, sodass man Geräusche aus dem Flur und den Nachbarzimmern deutlich hört. Zudem hat der Bewegungsmelder im Gang vor der Tür immer wieder willkürlich ausgelöst und das Licht an- und ausgeschaltet. Auch das Treppenhaus ist sehr eng – mit einem großen Koffer wird der Weg nach oben schnell zum Hindernislauf.
