    Great place & location, just check on the construction work!

    The apartment is in a great location, close to shops & cafes. Apartment good size and sunny outdoor spaces.

    2 major construction sites adjacent to the property! Working from 7am to 6pm Mon to Fri and 9am to 1pm Saturday. There is note of ‘some’ construction nearby in the property details but it was major construction going on!

    Great location in Fitzroy, close to everything, the house itself was very spacious and cosy to stay in.

    Upon entering the property, there was a strong, unpleasant odour that persisted throughout our stay. We had to keep the windows open regularly to air out the room. The carpets also appeared overdue for a proper clean, which added to the overall impression that the property wasn't well maintained. Unfortunately, dealing with the property management company, MadeComfy, was equally disappointing. We were charged an additional $55 a week before our stay for an extra set of keys, but when we arrived, the extra keys were not available. After multiple phone calls and follow-ups, the additional set was only delivered halfway through our trip. It was frustrating that such a straightforward request took so long to resolve, especially after paying for it in advance. Based on our experience, the poor communication and service reflected what many others have noted in their Google reviews.

    Modern, comfortable, tidy duplex. Good location.

    Location was great close to MCG, Rod Laver tennis centre. Modern and very tidy unit has all the modcons. Top floor nice outlook. Close to all services.

    No ceiling fans or A/C in other bedrooms or lounge, couch lowset and uncomfortable, need blinds on windows in lounge, No lift.
