    Beautiful view and friendly staff

    Norval Norte – Beautiful Views & Friendly Staff, But Room for Improvement We stayed at Norval Norte with another couple from January 23 to February 6. Overall, we had a great experience, but there were a few areas that could be improved. The Good: The condo was bright and spacious with an incredible view. A unique touch was the elevator opening directly into the unit, which was really cool. The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. We had a small issue upon arrival, but after bringing it up with the owner, it was quickly addressed. The suite was nicely furnished, with comfortable seating in both the living and dining areas. While the kitchen could use a sharp knife, a proper cutting board, and some updated cookware, it was still functional for our stay.

    Room for Improvement: The bedding could definitely use an upgrade—ill-fitting sheets and a mattress pad that felt more like a rubber mat took away from the comfort. We also found it surprising that no cleaning service was provided during our two-week stay. A weekly cleaning would have been appreciated. Additionally, the bedrooms had quite a bit of road noise, so I’d recommend bringing earplugs for light sleepers. Despite these minor drawbacks, we enjoyed our stay, especially the view and the friendly atmosphere. With a few small improvements, Norval Norte could be an even better experience!
