  Relaxing time

  The hotel was in a great location. It was close to the marketplace. Great customer service. The rooms were nice and clean. Love the snacks. The milk and cookies was a nice touch. Love the courtyard.

  Charming and Comfortable Stay

  We had a wonderful stay at Indigo Inn! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, cozy, and welcoming everything was. Our room was spotless, and the bed and pillows were so comfortable that we slept great every night. The little extras truly made our stay special. We loved the evening happy hour with wine and cheese, and the warm cookies and milk served at 8:00 p.m. were such a fun and delicious treat! The continental breakfast each morning was fresh, plentiful, and the perfect way to start our day. The beautiful courtyard was a peaceful place to relax after exploring Charleston, and the location made it easy to walk to so many of the city’s restaurants, shops, and attractions. We highly recommend Indigo Inn to anyone visiting Charleston. It offers the perfect combination of comfort, charm, thoughtful amenities, and Southern hospitality. We would definitely stay here again!

  Has potential

  Although I had to end my stay early due to a cleanliness issue, I wanted to leave a fair review because there were several positives. The staff was friendly and welcoming, I appreciated the call when my room was ready, and the parking and location were excellent. Unfortunately, we found disturbing cleanliness issues in our room that made us uncomfortable continuing our stay. I do want to acknowledge that the staff handled my concerns professionally, respectfully, and without being argumentative, which I truly appreciated. For me, a clean room is non-negotiable, so I would not choose to stay at the Indigo Inn again. However, I also believe in giving credit where it is due. The staff's professionalism, welcoming attitude, convenient parking, and excellent location were all positives. I sincerely hope the hotel addresses its housekeeping standards because, with improved cleanliness, it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

  Charming, classy, cozy.

  The Jasmine house was absolutely charming, Cozy & Classy. Nestled in the sweet town of Charleston, amongst restaurants, cafes & historic sights. Everything you need is within walking distance. Parking directly across the street. Rooms were clean & quiet. The hosts were incredibly helpful from the time I booked my room, to checkout. There were complimentary snacks and drinks in the room upon arrival, 5pm wine and charcuterie board, 8pm dessert served in the lobby, as well as breakfast brought to your door with a variety of delicious foods to choose from. Wonderful place for a weekend getaway. Can’t say enough positive words about the Jasmine house. I loved it & will be staying here again.
