    posizione perfetta, in pieno centro balcone molto carino per il prezzo pagato va più che bene

    il non avere due camere divise. C'è infatti una parete che divide la camera dalla sala in cui c'è il divano letto ma la parete non arriva al soffitto pertanto non sono realmente due spazi divisi

    Apartament zwany Piazza Maggiore jest pozbawiony światła dziennego, tak zwany "taras" to tunel

    W tym wypadku jedynie lokalizacja.

    I wish to submit a formal complaint regarding our stay at Independenta Luxury Arts, in the Piazza Maggiore apartment, from 29 September to 12 October 2026. The apartment was misleadingly described, particularly regarding its complete lack of direct natural daylight. Several advertised amenities were also missing. In addition, the bathroom and living room were flooded on two separate occasions due to a faulty water heater. The property's response to our subsequent complaint was unsatisfactory. I request Booking.com's intervention and a refund of one-third of the total amount paid. The full complaint, detailing all the issues, is too long to fit in this form. Please advise how I can submit the complete complaint and supporting evidence for formal review. Please register this as a formal complaint and confirm receipt in writing.
