Perfect location and cosy clean apartment
It's a spacious, clean and very complete apartment. Train, tram, bus nearby, all from station Roma Trastevere. Shops and restaurant very close. Contact with the host was very easy and helpful.
The way from the station to the apartment is busy and the neighbourhood is not that clean and feels somewhat 'suburbish'. The nearby Trastevere centre is nice and reachable by tram or foot (15-25 min).

Great place to stay in Rome.
Service was excellent from Flaminia. The apartment was large and very comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay there. Iper pewex shop just over the road.
No microwave but not a deal breaker.
