Nous avons passé un séjour majestueux , enchanté par l' architecture , la déco ,le personnel bien sympathique Carla est une Chef extraordinaire Très à l'écoute et Soucieuse pour le bien être de ses clients Sincèrement je recommande L'établissement de tout cœur Il est dans le centre de Porto Et pour visiter Porto vous êtes a l'endroit idéal

Not worth the money.
Excellent breakfast. Amazing concierge, Roy, who spent a lot of time recommending restaurants, advising on travel, booking a sardine tour etc. The reception area is beautiful and certainly has the wow factor.
The staff. The woman usually on reception was frosty, no cheery greeting on arrival, and same from other staff when we returned. They locked the front doors at 11 didn’t tell us and we had to bang to be let in. A 5 star hotel should have a doorman. Bedrooms are small, no chair or desk and plastic light fittings.not even free water on offer.
