Une dérive des lieux affligeante
L’appartement dispose d’un très beau volume, est plutot bien meublé, pourrait être un pied à terre de rêve pour quelques jours, mais…
L’état des salles des bains est effrayant: beaucoup de choses cassées, des fuites, des robinets qui ne fonctionnent plus, des porte serviettes bancals, tellement peu adaptés aux serviettes que la femme de ménage s’en sert pour mettre des rouleaux de papier hygiénique, une lunette de WC absente… on pourrait penser que nul ne s’en est occupé depuis deux ou trois ans. Ca laisse l’impression qu’un investissement a été fait dans la décoration intérieure suivi d’une absence totale d’attention à la maintenance. Les salles de bains en sont l’illustration la plus flagrante. Il manque aussi des ampoules, le lustre ne s’allume plus… Une dérive affligeante.

Не было стиральной машинки, и лампа центральная не работала, а это было основным аспектом когда мы арендовали апартаменты. Визуал был важен так как отдыхала команда блогеров

Hot, Miserable, annoying, offended, and never again
the location was perfect close to everything
The air conditioning did not work. The first night we stayed the power went out only in our suite was unable to get in contact with anyone to help with problems. No one answered until 9:30 next morning and when they did they were very rude and expected us to fix the issue and then blamed us saying if we didn’t try to use 10 things at once it wouldn’t of happened when actually we had nothing plugged in and issue was HVAC and no one came to fix the issue until our last day which was 4 days . I had to find the main breaker panel in apartment in the complex and then reset it multiple times till finally figured out it was the air conditioning. Worst customer service from our whole trip and Venice was our last stop in Italy such a shame because it was a beautiful apartment. But to charge as much as they do and to be as rude as they were. Also had to wait an hour for someone to let us in so we had to sit outside with our luggage in the heat. Would not stay here again ever

Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Es war ein wunderbarer Ort für den Aufenhalt in dieser schönen Stadt. Fußläufig alles erreichbar, ruhig, aber auch mit ein paar Schritten im Trubel, bei Geschäften, bei Gelato, Spritz und Pizza :-). Das Appartment war einfach toll, stilistisch eine Wohltat, die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern sehr freundlich, ebenso hat der Herr, der uns eingelassen hat, volle Punktzahl verdient.
