The public hot-spring bath is available from 05:00 to 11:00 and from 15:00 to 01:00 (next day). Please note, the outdoor swimming pool is available between May and October.     Das Onsen (Spa) ist grandios.

    Das Infinito Hotel und Spa ist wunderbar auf dem Hügel gelegen, die Aussicht ist grandios. Das Gebäude ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen, wurde aber sehr schön und ansprechend renoviert. Wir waren im Annex, dort sind die Zimmer etwas älter, dafür sehr gross und passend für eine Familie. Auch die Aussicht auf die Bucht und den Dschungel ist toll. Das Beste an diesem Hotel ist der Spa-Bereich (grossartige Ausstattung, grandiose Aussicht, sehr sauber). Die Öffnungszeiten sind ungewohnt grosszügig, nur von 1 bis 5 Uhr morgens ist der Spa geschlossen.

    Sprachlich war es etwas anspruchsvoll, da die Mitarbeitenden, trotz internationaler Ausrichtung des Hotels, nur wenig ausserhalb der absoluten Minimalanforderungen (Check-in, Check-out, Zeiten fürs Frühstück, Getränk bestellen an der Bar) englisch sprachen. Wir hatten ein japanisches Zimmer gebucht, da wir auf Futons schlafen wollten. Das war sehr cool und wir schliefen gut, die Tatamimatten rochen aber sehr stark und etwas säuerlich, was uns ein bisschen irritierte.

    Excellent staff and high level attention to detail made this a beautiful stay

    The lobby and lounge area are beautiful, as are the pool and hot spring baths. My room was fabulously comfortable, I really enjoyed the oceanview balcony with the private bath. Included dining was amazing, incredible attention to detail in the presentation and preparation of all the food. Most of all the staff were excellent, they maintained a serene and comfortable atmosphere, they knew me by name, anticipated my needs, and were exceptionally accommodating of any request.

    I wished that the gym would have had some more equipment available. A small weights rack and a single bench would make a world of difference. A minor but annoying design problem in the room was that the top of the tea and coffee nook was right at head height. I bumped my head more than once when trying to reach to the back of the nook. I would have appreciated a smart tv in the room. Unfortunately the pillows to be flat and not very comfortable.

    Prachtig maar heel wat verbeter punten qua comfort

    Prachtige kamers super spa en badhuis

    Locatie . Volgens Booking 800 meter van strand was meer dan 3,5 km lopen steile berg . Geen uber geen taxi’s . Diner moest je drie dagen vantevoren reserveren anders niet mogelijk . Geen roomservice geen was service . Dat viel zwaar tegen gezien de prijs . Zes zit stoelen zwembad geen bedjes .
