Run down hotel in need for repairs and renovation
Great location, spacious room, comfortable bed.
1) Elevator buttons did not work, had to call the reception every time to send the elevator to the floor 2) Water leakage in the bathroom, the floor never got dry, water even under the tiles. 3) No warm water for shower. It seems that this hotel may be closing soon, possibly for renovation. In the entire hotel, there were less than 20 guests.

The price paid is not so aligned with the expectations
Ninety style but clean.
Unfortunately the area is really dirty and noisy. The elevator had some problem, you had to call the reception to have it at the floor.
