It was the best booking we have had to make at a last minute
Colin and Lisa were the ideal hoist's and their breakfast was spot on. We attend the Coldstream Civic week almost every year and normally book our accommodation well in advance. But this was a last-minute booking as we were awaiting hospital appointments to be confirmed. The only drawback was the accommodation was in Kelso and it was 8 miles to Coldstream. But we could not have booked a more pleasant Guest House anywhere near by including Coldstream. The room was specious, very clean, one of the best beds we have slept in. We would highly recommend if you are walking or on a cycling tour to book this guest house as it is located in the middle of the borders. We ourselves would stay again. M&W

Colin & Lisa who own the guest house are a really nice, down-to-earth couple, nothing too much trouble. We were left to come and go as we pleased. The house is spotlessly clean. Our room (No.4) was very spacious with twin beds, large bath &over shower. The location is great, lots of small shops and cafes 2 minutes’ walk away. Would defiantly recommend Breakfast was great, all you could ask for and well cooked.
