    Great location and even better staff. Great for families with small babies.

    Perfect location in the middle of Ximen. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. We had an infant and the hotel had a microwave and a dining area that we could use whenever he needed a meal.

    The room was a bit small. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent, sometimes forgetting to bring new towels or water bottles.

    Very disappointed of this hotel for the points 1 room very small and overcrowded with furniture. 2 bed was very uncomfortable with noises zzzzz 3 breakfast very limited not for anyone liking . Boring and repetitive. Short in orange juice . Fresh coffee.very small slices of watermelons and pineapple. 4 not many choices for vegetarians. 5 poor lighting inside the hotel 6 internet works only in the rooms and sometimes connection fails. 7 room sockets for some reasons super super slow in charging. 8 hotel overpriced for what it's on offer. 9 last day we started our breakfast at 09:30 around 09:55 a member of staff approached us to tell us that we have got only 5 minutes to leave the breakfast room which we never experienced in our travel around the world.awful.
