    Misleidende informatie en te hoge prijs

    De locatie is prima als je Québec wilt verkennen. Kwaliteit-prijs is echter uit balans.

    Airconditioning en parking worden aangeboden als faciliteiten. Maar de airco was niet aanwezig. Desgevraagd gaf de eigenaar aan dat die vanaf eind juni pas geplaatst wordt en dat we het raam maar moesten openzetten (serieus). Het blijft lang warm in het appartement, dus hadden we een slechte nachtrust. Ook omdat er veel rumoer op straat is, zeker met het raam open voor verkoeling. Parkeren zit niet bij het gebouw zelf, maar kan tegen betaling bij een van de garages in de buurt. Disclaimer: dat kan overal in Québec. Misleidende informatie dus en wat ons betreft de prijs niet waard. Ik raad het af.
