    The area has some homeless people walking around but it seemed they meant no trouble.

    Nice apartment

    The apartment was very comfortable, nice, and perfect location for Old Quebec or motorway, 10 minutes from Montmorency. Swimming pool on the rooftop, with BBQ very appreciated.

    An enjoyable three night stay in central Quebec City

    Centrally located in the Quartiere St Roch, the apartment is spacious and well appointed. In addition to a full kitchen, there is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom which is great for travellers who are on the move. Access to the Old Town is via 115 steps and takes about 20 mins walk to the St Louis gate adjacent to the Plains of Abraham and entrance to the Old City. There are restaurants nearby including the excellent Hono Izakaya and it is 600m to Gare Central for train access to VIA Rail.

    This is very hands off property management by an external agency with whom all correspondence is online. There is a very long document that is accessed electronically that is a bit overwhelming. Getting into the building requires a door entry code, then a room code and at the end of a long travel day that can be a bit daunting

    Il était initialement prévu de recevoir par courriel le matin de la réservation, le code d'entrée, le numéro du logement ainsi que que le code d'accès à celui-ci...J'ai tenté de joindre à plusieurs reprises le site de réservation, ensemble des codes reçus à 16h30 et non 08h00 comme prévu et indiqué dans le courriel de 16h25.
