    Sehr gute Lage, tolle Gegend, der Industrial Style, der Balkon, der Parkplatz, großzügige Anzahl an Kaffeekapseln

    die Wohnung ist grundsätzlich gut, aber das Mobiliar ist ein wenig verlebt und könnte ein upgrade gebrauchen, z.B das Sofa. Das Gebläse direkt vor der Tür war nachts z.T. etwas laut und Flurlicht schien leicht herein, hier wäre eine komplett (schall-) dichte Tür ganz gut. Der Parkplatz war eng, aber selbst mit unserem Nissan SUV machbar, solange das Auto direkt daneben (P1) ordentlich parkt, was bei uns der Fall war

    Unzulässiger Zutrittsversuch in die Wohnung und mangelnder Respekt der Privatsphäre

    Die Wohnung war sauber und ausreichend ausgestattet. Die Lage ist zentral und ruhig, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind schnell erreichbar. Der Check‑in‑Prozess war unkompliziert

    Während unseres Besuchs kam es zu einem schwerwiegenden Vorfall: Ein Techniker versuchte ohne unsere Erlaubnis, die Wohnung mit dem Zugangscode zu öffnen, obwohl ich den Besuch zuvor schriftlich abgelehnt hatte. Zum Zeitpunkt des Vorfalls befanden wir uns in der Wohnung, sonst hätten wir den unerlaubten Zutrittsversuch gar nicht bemerkt. Nur die Türsicherung verhinderte, dass der Techniker vollständig eintreten konnte. Der Host reagierte weder auf meine Ablehnung noch auf den Vorfall und entschuldigte sich nicht. Das stellt einen erheblichen Eingriff in Privatsphäre und Sicherheit dar, da sich insbesondere unsere Wertsachen und Reisepässe in der Wohnung befanden... Kann die Wohnung deshalb nicht weiter empfehlen
