Great hotel in a spectacular spot overlooking the water.
I asked to be upgraded to get a view and although it cost a bit more, it was worth it.

I was very pleased with the view from the room. An excellent view of the inner harbour and you could walk to the shops and restaurants.

Disappointing!
Clean and comfortable.
Pictures misrepresent the main part of the hotel. It’s very dated compared to the photographs which I was very disappointed with. We booked this as a more ‘luxury’ option on our honeymoon but it just didn’t meet expectations. We were given 1 complimentary dessert as a congratulations which was again disappointing but nice to be acknowledged. Server at the Aura restaurant was disinterested and slow until it came to tipping him, and food was over cooked. Nice hotel but on reflection wish we had booked somewhere else for half the price!

Greta hotel and fabulous harbour views
The position of the hotel is perfect for a few days in Victoria. Convenient to walk everywhere. We ate in the restaurant one night and I had the most delicious scallop dish ever! Having parking was good but pricey. We had a room in the older part of the hotel but had phenomenal views of the harbour.
Price of parking. The older part of the building needs a little updating and maybe these rooms should be cheaper-not that we saw the newer rooms.
