    We've stayed many times at the hotel but given this experience we won't be returning.

    The breakfast - view of the sea

    We were allocated a room closest to highway 101 which meant we had constant traffic noise day & night so spoiling our 3 night stay.

    Not happy, poor customer service

    Overall I like the place Ive been coming there for many years

    The room I was given had ants all over the bathroom and around the bathtub (and I have video proof). When I notified the front desk and the Manager, Sylvia, their only solution was to offer to send someone to spray the room while I was in it. I was completely disgusted, irritated, and honestly felt like my skin was crawling.Naturally, I declined the spray. They then moved me to another room, but it was a downgrade. I had originally paid extra for a larger, second-floor, ocean-front room. The new room was smaller and on a lower floor. To make matters worse, they didn't even offer to credit me the price difference for the smaller room.The customer service here is terrible. The front desk staff (Syndi) had a major attitude, and the manager simply did not care.
