Worth the Experience!
What wasnt there to like?? The reception by the owners was welcoming and informative. The Inn itself is warm with candles and antiques. Climbing to our rooms with speciality rooms was a great touch, wonderful sitting room with games, piano and old records; Sherlock Holmes Room was lots of fun; clawfoot tub, water was hot and soothing. Dinner at the Inn was delicious with a multitude selection of local delicacies; trout, elk... and homemade desserts. Grounds are small but the collection of birdhouses across the way with blooming flowers brought out many types of humminbirds to entertain you with a running creek; breakfast was made fresh.

Historical lodge, great food & hosts
Very quirky unique property. The owners were lovely and really friendly. We hadn’t understood about timed entry to the park and thanks to them we were able to get a last minute pass. Food was also excellent.

A unique stay with personalized service, just 15 minutes from Estes Pak.
Unique bed and breakfast filled with a collection of paintings, period furniture, nik-naks and many other assorted items. Chris and Emma were wonderful hosts, offering personalized service, good hiking tips, and a tasty breakfast every morning. They run a fine dining restaurant as well. There’s a general store across the street with yummy cinnamon rolls and sandwiches. There’s also a hiking trail a few steps away.
Bedroom was a little cramped.
