This historical inn is a gem and aesthetically straight out of a home and garden magazine. It’s rare that you book a place to be your temporary home for a few days then end up actually loving the place. That’s been my experience with this inn. Yes it can be a little pricey but it sure is worth every cent. The Georgia O’Keefe room where I stayed had wood flooring, a reading nook, crisp white linens, big windows and a vibe worthy of its namesake. In other words I was very comfortable and so pleased that I decided to stay here out of all the hotels in my shortlist. Hats off to the owners and all the staff who help run and preserve this amazing place and work hard to provide guests with a memorable experience and the freshest and tastiest breakfasts and snacks everyday. I was treated with genuine warmth and kindness all throughout my stay and the customized check-in is a really nice touch. Service is truly outstanding. The inn’s location is also a plus. It’s tucked in a quiet residential area but walking distance to many landmarks, museums, shops and restaurants. When I was too lazy to walk I used Uber. The wait was longer than I’m used to so I just booked my ride way in advance for time sensitive trips like when I had to catch the one and only shuttle that would take me to the Amtrak station in the middle of nowhere about 20 miles south of Santa Fe.
The signage for the inn was easy to miss. My Uber driver dropped me off at the wrong place.

We recently stayed at Inn of the Turquoise Bear for a birthday trip and overall had a wonderful experience.
The location is excellent, offering a peaceful atmosphere while still being convenient to Santa Fe’s attractions. The property itself is beautiful, with olda charming yard and lovely outdoor spaces that make the inn feel very special. Our room was comfortable and well-appointed, and the high-quality bedding provided some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling. Breakfast each morning was delicious and thoughtfully prepared.

5 Star B&B
We can't say enough good things about this B&B. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and quaint. Fireplace use is amazing and the rooms were very large. Our room had a bathroom that was disconnected (read the fine print) but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast in the morning was FANTASTIC!!
